To vote for a blog in the Gallery
Have a look at the nominated blogs in the Gallery on the right. Then vote for the one that you like most by clicking on the “vote” button. You can vote for as many blogs as you like, but you can only vote for each blog once. In addition, as a thank you, when you vote, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a case of Dorset Cereals.

Dorset Cereals Blog Awards

1. Nomination and voting is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. See the relevant web pages for how to nominate or vote for a blog.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. You may nominate as many blog sites as you wish and you can vote for as many blogs as you like, but you can only vote for each blog once.
5. All those who nominate or vote will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win a case of Dorset Cereals ( a range of products) Note: only one entry into the free prize draw regardless of number of nominations or votes you make in each month.
6. All nominations will be moderated, and only approved nominations will be posted in the gallery.
7. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the content of any blog posted on the gallery.
8. The Promoter welcomes freedom of speech, but will not tolerate content that infringes the rights of others, is abusive, defamatory, vulgar, hateful, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable in relation to the requirements of good taste and decency; is invasive to the rights to privacy of persons or publicity rights; is of a pornographic or sexual nature; or would encourage conduct or is conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any applicable law; or does not suit the company profile of Dorset Cereals.
9. Given the above, the Promoter may refuse to accept a nomination or withdraw a nomination at its sole discretion and without prior notification.
10. The Promoter welcomes feedback from site visitors with regards to any nominated blogs that may be in breach of these clauses.
11. Approved nominations will be placed into the Gallery and visitors to the site will be able to vote for it.
12. Voting closes at midnight at the end of each calendar month and the blog with the highest number of votes will be declared that month’s winner and win a Dorset Cereals goodie bag and a highly coveted egg cup and have a ‘cup visual’ stating the month they have won displayed next to their entry in the Gallery.
13. For your total confidence, the voting process will be overseen by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
14. Votes will be reset to 0 to provide equal opportunity for newly nominated blogs to have an equal chance of winning in the new month.
15. Voting is via this site only and restricted to one vote per blog per person, per month.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to remove low scoring blogs from the Gallery in the event of an excessive number of nominations.
17. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any technical failure or other problem with the website or other related system which may result in any vote or nomination being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that there has been a deliberate attempt to rig or manipulate the voting.
19. The winner of the monthly prize draw will be selected in a random draw conducted by PromoVeritas from all those who have nominated or voted in that calendar month. Allow 28 days for delivery. Winner will be contacted by email and their name and county will available on the website the following month.
20. By entering the promotion participants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
21. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with, the operation of the promotion or the Dorset Cereals Limited website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
