Every once in a while it’s good to throw caution to the wind and just enjoy yourself. Whether it’s sledging down a snowy hillside, indulging in a spot of skinny dipping, or tucking into a bowl of our truly scrummy Chocolate Granola. We blend the finest oats, sunflower seeds and barley flakes with a touch of coconut and lashings of Fairtrade dark chocolate pieces – made with 70% cocoa. We then gently bake it all in flapjack trays to make a granola so decadent, you might have to explain that guilty smile. Simple, but then the best things in life usually are.
We carefully source every single ingredient that goes into our cereals, and we searched far and wide for the best tasting Fairtrade Chocolate for both of our new Granola recipes. We’re really excited to be working with the Fairtrade Foundation and we hope to work closely with them on future recipes. For more information about Fairtrade, pop along to their website. Or if you’d like to take part in Fairtrade Fortnight (22nd Feb to 7th March), just click here.
