elderflower & blackcurrant granola

A huge thank-you to Tina Mansfield for suggesting this delicious blend of elderflower, blackcurrants and strawberries. Tina was inspired by the seasonal fruits in her garden and thought they’d be perfect in a granola with that other taste of summer: elderflower. Tina – we heartily agree!

ingredients

Oats, golden syrup (invert sugar syrup), sunflower seeds (10%), barley flakes, sunflower oil (sunflower oil, antioxidant: natural tocopherol-rich soya extract*), elderflower cordial (4%) (sugar, water, elderflowers (5%), preservatives: citric acid and sodium metabisulphite), freeze dried blackcurrants (0.5%), freeze dried strawberries (0.5%), natural flavouring.* This is a natural antioxidant found in plants. We add a smidge just to make sure everything stays lovely and fresh.

allergy advice

Contains sulphites, gluten, barley, oats and soya. May contain nuts and wheat. Made in a factory which also handles peanuts.
