Our Honey Granola is a wonderful recipe of oats, sunflower seeds, flaked almonds, rye flakes, pecans and pumpkin seeds gently baked in honey and grape seed oil with just a hint of vanilla. Simple, but then the best things in life usually are.
Oats (35%), honey (15%), sunflower seeds (9%), blanched flaked almonds (8%), rye flakes (8%), grape seed oil, pecans (7%), pumpkin seeds (7%), natural vanilla extract, salt.
Contains nuts, honey, gluten from oats and rye. May contain traces of sesame seeds & wheat. Made in a factory which also handles peanuts. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
:-) Vegetarian Society approved
:-) Source of fibre
:-) Contains wholegrains
:-) No added preservatives
:-) Low in sodium
:-) Grape seed oil was chosen for this recipe because it has a light, clean taste that really brings out the honey flavour.
:-) Most bees carry an electrostatic charge that helps pollen stick to their bodies.
:-) Honey was once used as an antiseptic dressing for burns and cuts, and also as a beauty treatment
