Some things in life need to be taken seriously, like cricket, the making of a good cup of tea and the recipe behind this delicious muesli, which blends pumpkin and sunflower seeds with a hearty mix of fruit and nuts. Fruit, Nuts & Seeds is a tasty blend of Chilean flame raisins, apricots, sultanas, banana, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, blanched flaked almonds, whole hazelnuts and multi-grain flakes. Simple, but then the best things in life usually are.

ingredients

Chilean flame raisins (16%), oat flakes, toasted and malted wheat flakes (wheat, malt), barley flakes, wheat flakes, dried apricots (6%) (apricots, preservative: sulphur dioxide), sultanas (6%), sweetened banana pieces (6%) (banana, coconut oil, sugar, flavouring), pumpkin seeds (4%), sunflower seeds (4%), blanched flaked almonds (1.5%), roasted hazelnuts (1.5%).

Contains gluten, nuts, wheat and sulphur dioxide. May contain traces of sesame seeds.
