super high fibre muesli

Although variety is the spice of life, there are times when routine can be a welcome relief. Like buying the Sunday papers, walking the dog, or a bowl of our Super High Fibre, which we eat as regularly as clockwork. Super High Fibre is a really delicious blend of toasted cereals with juicy Chilean flame raisins, dates, sunflower seeds, toasted coconut, apricots and roasted hazelnuts. Simple, but then the best things in life usually are.

Toasted and malted wheat flakes (wheat, malt), Chilean flame raisins (27%), toasted and malted oat flakes (oats, malt), dates (8%), sunflower seeds (6%), toasted coconut (5.5%), dried apricots (2.5%) (apricots, preservative: sulphur dioxide), roasted hazelnuts (1%).
