Rockley Watersports Terms & Conditions
1. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Dorset Cereals, Rockley Watersports its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter: Register your details online at http://www.dorsetcereals.co.uk/win-stuff/prize-draw/rockley-watersports before the closing date of 12noon on 17th March 2010. No purchase necessary.
3. The prize: 1 x Family holiday for up to 6 people (min 2 adults) to La Reserve Holiday Parc in South West France to the value of £2500. The prize includes 7 nights self catering 4 star tented accommodation and 5-day watersports courses for the whole family and include windsurfing, canoeing or dinghy sailing (subject to ability level), courtesy of Rockley Watersports and £500 travel allowance for the party to travel to and from La Reserve, courtesy of Dorset Cereals.
4. Holiday must be taken between 22 – 29 August 2010. All guests must be available to travel on these dates.
5. The prize does not include : travel ( see above), accommodation en route if required, meals, laundry or other on site services and travel insurance (which is mandatory).
6. The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification company, on 31st March 2010.
7. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw. In the event that the winner has not responded within 14 days of notification then the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.
8. The winners’ names & counties will be posted online at http://www.dorsetcereals.co.uk/our-friends/prize-draw-sponsors by the last working day of the month after the draw is conducted, and will remain there for at least 1 month.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available. No cash or other alternatives to the prizes are available.
10. Holiday booking is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the holiday provider, Rockley Watersports.
11. By entering winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
12. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter or its agencies accept not responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize
14. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
15. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the Dorset Cereals Limited website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
16. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control.
