1. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter: obtain a unique entry code from the inside of a promotional pack of Dorset Cereals and enter it at www.dorsetcereals.co.uk before midnight on 31st August 2010.
3. All codes have an equal and random chance of winning one of the two prizes via a process operated under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
4. Entrants will be informed immediately via the web page and a confirmation email whether they have won or not.
5. Entrants must retain the pack with their winning entry code as it may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be required to validate that they have won.
6. No purchase is necessary. To obtain an entry code, visit the main website and follow the relevant link. A randomly selected code will be sent to you by email that can be used in the normal way. Only one such entry per person per fortnight.
7. The prizes : There are two prizes, each consisting of a brand new T2 Danbury SE VW Campervan (right hand drive) including raising roof, a roof bed and winner’s choice of Danbury’s extensive range of paint and fabric options.
8. The prize includes one year’s Road Tax, standard manufacturer warranty and all registration, delivery and on the road costs.
9. Insurance, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of their ownership. Appropriate insurance must be in place at time of collection along with photo ID and valid driving licence prior to receipt of the vehicle.
10. Delivery of the prizes is subject to availability and it may be 28-56 days after confirmation of a winning code and will be dependent on final specification of the winner’s vehicle.
11. The winner may be required to attend at the Danbury showroom near Bristol for presentation of the car. Reasonable travelling costs for two persons will be reimbursed.
12. As an alternative to the stated prize, the winner may choose to accept the sum of £35,000 which will be paid to the winner’s nominated bank account by agreement with the Promoter. Payment may need to be notified to the authorities under Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available. Subject to paragraph 12 no cash or other alternatives to the prizes are available.
14. The winners’ names & counties will be posted online at www.winnersgallery.co.uk between 30.09.10 and 30.10.10.
15. By entering winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
16. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
18. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the Dorset Cereals Limited website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
19. The maximum number of prizes available for this promotion is 2 VW Campervans (or cash alternative).
20. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse prize claims that would take the number of prizes that are awarded above this number.
21. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or the awarding of the prizes or for issues with the vehicle.
22. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that make it necessary to do so.
