A: Please check that you’re entering your code correctly: the codes are always in the sequence of 2 letters, followed by 2 numbers, 2 letters, 2 numbers, 2 letters, 2 numbers.

A: So we can easily and quickly send you your prize if you win

A: The code is a little small, but we find that if you hold the pack at a distance, the code stands out far more clearly
