Full Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is only open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Dorset Cereals, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter: obtain a unique entry code from the inside of a promotional pack of Dorset Cereals Muesli, Granola, Crunch or Tasty Flakes and enter it at www.dorsetcereals.co.uk before 11.59pm (BST) on 30th June 2012.
3. Northern Ireland residents only: No purchase is necessary (NPN). To obtain an entry code send your name, address and email address to Dorset Cereals VW Campervan NPN, PO Box 83, Leigh, Lancs WN7 1WS by 15th June 2012. A randomly selected code will be sent to you by email. Only one such entry per household per fortnight and Northern Ireland residents only. All others will be rejected.
4. ROI Residents only, for legal reasons, will need to correctly complete a game of skill on the website for a chance to win.
5. Access to the internet and a valid email address are required to enter.
6. All codes have an equal and random chance of winning one of the prizes via a secure and random process operated under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
7. Entrant will be informed immediately via the web page and a confirmation email whether they have won or not.
8. If notified of a win, please retain the pack with the winning entry code (or email or letter if code obtained via the No Purchase Necessary route) as it may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be required to validate a winning claim.
9. The prizes :
FIRST PRIZE : 3 x VW Campervan, Right Hand Drive, fully guaranteed Devon conversion of 1973-1979 original vehicles.
a. The prize includes one years road tax and delivery to any UK mainland address available.
b. Vehicles are quality refurbished and come with a full 12 months MOT, a 12 months warranty and underside rust protection. Policy terms available upon request.
c. Insurance is not provided and is the responsibility of the winner and must be in place prior to delivery.
d. As an alternative to the stated First prize, the winner may choose to accept the sum of £25,000 (or for ROI, the Euro equivalent at time of promotion closing) which will be paid to the winner’s nominated bank account by agreement with the Promoter. Payments may need to be notified to the authorities under Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
Runners Up prizes :
e. 1,000 x Second prizes of £250 of Boden gift vouchers to spend on anything at www.boden.co.uk
f. 2,500 x Third prizes of The Camper Van Cookbook : Life on 4 Wheels, Cooking on 2 Rings.
10. There are no cash alternatives for Runner Up prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available. With the exception of the top prize no cash or other alternatives to the prizes are available.
11. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes, after confirmation of a winning code, except for the Campervan prizes, which are made to order and may therefore be subject to a delay of 12-16 weeks dependent on final specification of the winner’s prize.
12. Boden gift vouchers are issued subject to the standard terms and conditions of Boden, (see below) and are valid for 2 years from date of issue.
13. ADDITIONAL DRAW. There is one additional Campervan prize that is guaranteed to be awarded in a random prize draw to be conducted w/c 1st July 2012 by PromoVeritas. Entrants to the main online instant win promotion will also gain one entry into the draw for every unique code submitted. Winner will be contacted within 7 working days of the draw date. Those not contactable within 14 days by reasonable means, risk being disqualified and their prize re-awarded to a reserve.
14. The names & counties of the top prize winners will be posted online at www.dorsetcereals.co.uk between 30th July 2012 and 31st August 2012.
15. By entering winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
16. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. Neither the Promoter or its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
18. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the Dorset Cereals Limited website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
19. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes or syndicated entries are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
20. The maximum number of prizes available for this promotion is 3 First prizes, 1,000 x Second prizes and 2,500 x Third prizes, although the actual amount of prizes awarded will be determined by chance and the number of valid entry codes submitted.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse prize claims that would take the number of prizes that are awarded above this number and to the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or the awarding of the prizes or for issues with the vehicle.
22. Except for liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, the Promoter is not liable for:
(a) any action an entrant may take as a result of relying on any information provided by the Promoter in relation to the promotion or for any loss or damage suffered by an entrant as a result of taking that action; or
(b) any liability for losses which are not a foreseeable or likely consequence of (i) an entrant’s use of the website, or (ii) a breach of these terms and conditions; or
(c) an entrant’s inability to access the website and/or to submit an entry because of an event outside the Promoter’s control, for example (without limitation) the performance of the entrant’s or the Promoter’s ISP or the Internet.
23. However, nothing in these terms and conditions will affect any liability the Promoter may have for death or personal injury arising from the Promoter’s negligence or any other liability
24. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that make it necessary to do so.

Terms & Conditions for Boden Gift Vouchers
1. Boden Gift Vouchers may be exchanged to the value indicated, wholly or partly, through the Boden catalogue, shops or website (www.boden.co.uk).
2. Boden Gift Vouchers and unused portions of Boden Gift Vouchers, expire two years from the date of issue.
3. Boden Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or goods already supplied or ordered.
4. Any unused balance will be retained in your account and will be available to spend on a future order.
5. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by debit or credit card or if you are ordering by post, by cheque.
6. If you return an item supplied in exchange for a Gift Voucher, we will credit your account with the value of the item. Not cash refunds will be given.
7. You cannot use a Gift Voucher to purchase Boden Gift Vouchers.
8. We regret that we cannot re-issue lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged Gift Vouchers.
9. Normal terms and conditions of purchase (as varied by these terms and conditions) apply to items supplied in exchange for a Gift Voucher.
