Start by combining 50g (or 1 scoop) of our Almonds & Honey Bircher Muesli with the apple juice and mixed spice.

Stir through the puréed pumpkin or squash, then dollop the yoghurt on top.

Cover and leave in the fridge to soak overnight. Sleep easy and enjoy in the morning – or just 30 minutes later, if you’re in a hurry.


  • 50g Almonds & Honey Bircher Muesli
  • 25g roasted & pureed pumpkin or squash
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • 70ml Apple Juice
  • 50g Apricot yogurt
