dalgona smoothie bowl

Smoothie bowl

  • Simply blitz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth (adjust the oats quantity to your desired thickness.)


Dalgona swirl

  • To make the whipped dalgona coffee, add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar and 2 tablespoons of boiling water to a mixing bowl.
  • Using a stand or hand mixer, whisk on high for 5 – 8 minutes until thick and light.
  • Top the dalgona coffee onto the smoothie base and add the Simply Oat granola and an optional drizzle of nut butter.


Smoothie bowl

1 cup Plenish oat milk

1 1/4 – 1 1/2 cups jumbo oats

4 small – medium frozen bananas

1 tsp vanilla extract or powder

2 heaped tbsp nut butter of choice (cashew, almond or peanut are best)

Optional 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder



2 tbsp good quality instant coffee powder or granules

2 tbsp granulated coconut sugar

2 tbsp boiling water


To Serve

4 tbsp dorset cereals Simply Oat granola

1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
