Simply Oat granola with cooked banana
Coat the banana slices in a sprinkling of coconut sugar.
Heat the coconut oil in a non stick frying pan.
Cook the bananas for 2 – 3 minutes on one side on a medium heat and flip for about 1 minute or until golden.
Serve with dorset cereals Simply Oat granola, coconut yoghurt and cacao nibs or chocolate chips.
