Preheat the oven to 190C / 170 Fan.
Line a baking tray with grease proof paper. Mix the maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl. Coat the pears and bake 25 – 30 minutes until slightly soft and sticky.
Serve with Simply Nutty muesli, yoghurt and optional extra maple syrup

1 pear, peeled, halved and cored
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch of cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 dollop of coconut or kefir or Greek yoghurt
