summer mango and coconut muesli bowl

method

Slice the mango halves off the stone with a sharp knife.

Peel and slice.

Place the muesli into your bowl.

Top with coconut yoghurt, sliced mango, toasted coconut chips and optional desiccated coconut.

Option to soften the muesli with a little almond or cashew milk if you like too.

1/2 cup nutty muesli (65g)

1/4 cup coconut yoghurt

1/2 mango sliced, (100g)

2 tbsp toasted coconut chips

1 tsp desiccated coconut (optional)
