  3. This clause will not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) Dorset Cereals are unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to us.

You must not introduce viruses

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Dorset Cereals will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. General

Dorset Cereals may from time to time assign, novate or otherwise transfer or sub-contract our rights and/or obligations under these Website Terms of Use in whole or in part to one or more of our affiliates (meaning any subsidiary of Associated British Foods plc, whether direct or indirect). If this happens, we will endeavour to provide you with notice and will ensure that this action will not affect your rights under these Website Terms of Use.
  2. If you are a consumer, these terms, their subject matter and formation, are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland, you may also bring claims against us in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims against us in Northern Ireland.

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable
