method

First, mix 50g (or 1 scoop) of one of our Raspberry & Blackcurrant Bircher Muesli mixes with 70ml (or 2/3 of scoop) of blueberry juice.

Then dollop 50g (or 1 scoop) of blueberry yoghurt on top.

Cover and leave to soak overnight, in the fridge. Sleep easy and enjoy in the morning, or just 30 minutes later, if you’re in a hurry.
